Bonus Factoid: The movie “The Birds” scares me.
Here are 100 tidbits about me. Which is probably 99 too many.
1. I love Jesus. He is the center of my existence. Without Him, I’d be face down in the carpet. With a Cheerio embedded on my forehead.
2. I had my first baby at 39, the second at 41, and the last at 44. It bears repeating. The last at 44.
3. I’ve discovered that raising children is for the young.
4. I can no longer do a cartwheel.
5. My cell phone plays Barry White’s “My Everything” whenever my husband calls.
6. My children and I break out in dance wherever we are when my cell phone rings.
7. I need to remember to set my cell phone to stun/silent when I’m in church service.
8. I ate June bugs when I was a child.
9. I also ate the ashes out of my parent’s ashtray. My mother told me that I would turn black if I ate ashes. My sweet babysitter, Dorothea was African-American. Guess what I asked her.
10. I was born in Texas.
11. I couldn’t squish my feet into my cowboy boots even if I wanted to.
12. I still listen to country-western music.
13. Toby Keith rocks.
14. I lived in Los Angeles for 10 years.
15. I hate earthquakes.
16. I used to be an actress.
17. I co-starred in a movie. Not tellin’ the name of it.
18. I didn’t say that I had any talent.
19. I’ve played poker with Brad Pitt. I. Am. Not. Kidding.
20. Since I’m dropping names, Donny Osmond put his arm around me when I was 11.
21. He was 13.
22. I still love him.

24. I had a Pekinese named Max E. Padd in college.

26. My husband sang to me at my wedding.

53. I’ve been thrown from a horse. Twice.
54. I didn’t break anything. Except for my pride.
55. I’ve decided that horse riding is not for me.
56. I had braces when I was 42.
57. I ate popcorn and chewed gum and that makes me a rebel.

84. I had an epidural with all 3 children. I think I told Dr. Epidural that I loved him.
85. My husband tells me that I should never yell. I sound like I’m insane.

87. I love “Survivor” and “Lost.”
88. One season, I watched 3 different seasons of “24” at one time.
89. It was a confusing season.
90. I’m a closet “Young and the Restless” fan. I watched it in the 70’s with my Mom and Nanny.
91. I also watched “Dark Shadows.”
92. My Mom let me.
93. The neighborhood kids all thought my Mom was cool.
94. I love hugs and kisses from my babies.
95. My Mom died of cancer.
96. I miss her.
97. Scrabble is the best game to play with your in-laws when you’re stuck inside during a hurricane.
98. I’ve discovered that putting cheap linoleum down when you’re building your house is never a good idea.
99. I don’t like to mop.
